To install on CentOS7, use the source file v 0.11b - available here

Unzip, untar and follow the INSTALL instructions.

yum -y install cmake
yum -y install lame-debuginfo lame lame-mp3x lame-devel
yum -y install id3lib-devel
yum -y install libvorbis*
yum -y install qwt5-qt4*
yum install gcc-c++

Start with /usr/local/bin/skype-call-recorder
