In Firefox, go to page that has the video

Right-click > View Page Info, click Media tab

Look for an address the contains brightcove, such as:

Copy and paste that into Apowersoft Free Online Video Downloader and click "Download"

On the resulting page, choose the video resolution you wish to download locally.
